The first Police Scotland campaign 'Grooming a child for Sex? We're on to you'  will have a focus on perpetrators of child sexual abuse.

The campaign hopes to achieve it's aim of preventing people becoming victims of CSE by

  • showing people what the signs are of offending behaviour and asking them to be alert to it and report any concerns
  • acting on intelligence to robustly investigate offenders and tackle CSE
  • targeting messages at perpetrators highlighting the fact that their grooming techniques are known and Police Scotland will not tolerate CSE

The campaign messages will be communicated through outdoor advertising and social media using a powerful campaign creative image.

If you have any information about possible perpetrator behaviour report it to the police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
